How does personalisation work?

All of our items are hand designed and can be personalised at no extra cost.

On the product page of each item you can use the "Personalise Your Product" box located under the "Quantity" box to specify how you would like to personalise your order.

The following things can be personalised:

  • Add names/initials/dates/short text. - eg for a wedding date we get many requests with a name and a date, for example "Please can you write 'Adam & Eve 06/06/15' in the centre of the candle".
  • The colours used for the design. - eg you could request the following "Please change red to blue and gold to silver".
  • Small adjustments to the design of the product. - eg "Please remove/add some swirls to the back of the mug"

We will use our best judgement to incorporate your personalisation into the design, you can see the result of a few example requests below.



Do you create custom designs?

As mentioned above you can personalise any of our products with the designs we already have available, however for large orders it is also possible to get a custom design, if you are interested please contact us on info@designsbynn.com to discuss your requirements.



Where do we ship to?

We ship internationally, however we only provide free P&P within the UK.


What is the delivery charge?

Free standard postage & packaging on all UK orders. For international orders the delivery charge is £20 for less than 3KG of shipping weight and £50 for more than 3KG of shipping weight.


How long does it take to deliver an item?

All items are made to order and so delivery can take up to 14 days, please leave adequate time for delivery if you want to receive your order by a particular date. We will send you updates to track your package.


How are the items packaged?

Because many of our items are delicate, we take great care to ensure that your order is properly packaged to protect it against any knocks and bumps on it's way to you. So you can feel safe in knowing that your item will arrive in perfect condition.



Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.



Can I return my item(s)?

Unfortunately as all of our products are made to order we do not offer refunds in most cases.

If your item has arrived and it is damaged please email us with a picture of the product to customerservices@designsbynn.com and we will do our best to assist you. You will need to return the product to us, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
